RMS Midlands is one of the more recent special interest groups to be formed, and covers the whole of the Midlands area. We had our first meeting in June 2006, hosted by the British Geological Survey in Keyworth, (Nottinghamshire) and we plan to meet every 3 to 4 months at various venues around the Midlands.
It is hoped the Group will be a platform for the exchange of ideas and information, plus a means of mutual support for all records management practitioners. If you have would like to join this group, have a meeting venue or presentation you would be willing to share with the group, please contact us with details. Likewise if your company is able to sponsor a meeting, we would also be happy to hear from you.
