Ireland Group Meeting - 26 October 2006
The second meeting of the RMS Ireland Group was held on October 26, 2006 in City Hall, Dublin . �Clearing the Fog-Practical Steps for Successful Records Management� was attended by over 70 practitioners and consultants from all over Ireland. The keynote address by Paul Dodgson concerned the challenges of implementing a records management programme and how to address the change management issues. There were presentations on records management projects in Diageo Irl. and in the Health & Personal Social Service organisations in Northern Ireland. In the afternoon Paul Dodgson led a workshop in which participants set their hands to developing a file plan.
