Use of the RMS logo

Individual and corporate members of the Records Management Society (RMS) may use the RMS logo on their website subject to the following conditions:

  • The logo must not be used for any purpose other than indicating membership
  • The web page where the logo appears must not in any way lead a visitor to conclude that company is in any way endorsed by the RMS.
  • A request to use the RMS logo, must be submitted with the published page for review within 21 days of going live. (Use this form to notify the Society.)
  • If used for any other purpose, the individual/corporate member will be deemed in breach of copyright.
  • If RMS membership is discontinued then permission to use RMS logo is immediately withdrawn. Continued use of the RMS logo in any way, will be deemed a breach of copyright.
