Electronic Records Specialist Course

A ''specialist'' course in Electronic Records Management, designed for delegates who have an existing knowledge of electronic records management theory and principles (for example because they have previously attended the Practitioner course), and who want to extend their expertise into the area of implementation. Presented by Marc Fresko of Inforesight Limited, one of the authors of this 2 day AIIM course. The course covers global best practices for ERM implementation according to ISO 15489 part 2 and related processes such as business and syste ms analysis, developing a business case, business and system requirements, project management, and roll out. You will also gain knowledge on advanced topics including Enterprise ERM and emerging issues.
