Exhibition Space

The exhibition will take place in the Cambridge and Durham rooms which will also be the venue for coffee breaks and drinks receptions. Exhibitors will have an area 3m wide by 2m deep and will be provided with a power outlet and a 6ft trestle table with cloth. Please supply your own three or four-gang electrical extension if needed. If you require internet access, please indicate on the exhibition space and sponsorship booking form and you will be contacted regarding arrangements for this. Lunch for two stand attendees will be provided within the exhibition package. All exhibitors will have their logo printed on the Conference booklet. The opportunity to place an insert in the delegate pack is also available. Please note that prices have been held at 2006 rates for RMS members.

To apply, use the booking form and return either by fax, post, or email. Stands will be allocated on purely a first come first served basis. You will be telephoned to confirm receipt of your application. If you are forwarding your application over the Christmas period, please check in the New Year that we have received your submission.

Sponsorship

For all those who do not wish to exhibit, there are several remaining sponsorship opportunities. In the main corridor leading to the Conference Centre from the main hotel there are glass-fronted showcase display panels available for advertising see below for prices. On arrival at Conference, each delegate will be presented with a Conference Handbook (a spiral bound booklet containing all Conference papers). We would also like to give delegates a USB Flash pen as a welcome gift. Also available this year is the supply of Conference writing materials. We would be happy to discuss these ideas further, or indeed any new ones, with interested parties.
