Rachel Hardiman, Northumbria University

Rachel Hardiman

Rachel Hardiman is a Senior Research Assistant at Northumbria University, currently working on the AC+erm Project (Accelerating Positive Change in electronic records management).

She has worked in records management since 2003, and holds an MSc in Records Management from the University of Northumbria. She joined the ACerm project team from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. Her previous background is in financial services and in the academic world, with roles including those of business analyst in a financial software development company and temporary lecturer in Classics in Trinity College Dublin.

Personal research interests focus on the broader social, business and technological imperatives and contexts for recordkeeping, with a strong emphasis on transdisciplinary approaches.
