Tony Hendley, Cimtech Ltd
Tony Hendley is Managing Director of Cimtech Ltd (http://www.cimtech.co.uk), the UK Centre for Information Management and Technology based at the University of Hertfordshire. With a degree and postgraduate qualification in Library and Information Science, Tony heads up Cimtech's Research and Consultancy Division which provides independent document and records management advice and project management services to medium to large organisations in the public and private sector.
Cimtech publishes the online journal Information Management and Technology and the annual guide and directory Managing Information and Documents (http://www.doconsite.co.uk) for which Tony writes the editorial sections. Tony has organised industry conferences in the UK for many years including Cimtech's own annual conference on document and records management in the public sector organised in conjunction with The National Archives. Tony is also a regular speaker at other industry events and contributes to Cimtech's short courses in document and records management.
