Courtney Fletcher, Mesirow Financial Consulting
Mr. Fletcher has extensive experience providing litigation consulting services. His experience includes data analytics, litigation preparedness, computer forensics, and electronic discovery and management. Mr. Fletcher specializes in data mining, data warehousing, data acquisition, document management, and programming. He serves as the national co-chair of our Technology Advisory Services practice.
Mr. Fletcher has advised clients in complex data analytics and large scale investigative matters. He has assisted clients in both federal and state matters involving securities litigation, stock option back-dating, Federal Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other corporate investigations. Mr. Fletcher services cover structured data acquisition through analysis, production, and supporting testimony.
In prior positions, Mr. Fletcher has assisted clients across numerous industries with various technical challenges. Some of his prior work experiences include developing a web-based application at the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to assist in the management of awarding grants to scientific research groups, providing technical support to Senator Biden’s offices, developing specialized tools to improve attorney review and production of electronic data, managing client discovery requests, and providing overall litigation consulting to both corporate clients and law firms.
