Tim Robb, TNT
In September 1988 Tim joined TNT as a Graduate Trainee from Thames Valley University. Upon completion of the training programme, Tim was appointed to the position of Regional Manager covering London and the South East for TNT Sameday.
In May 1991 Tim was appointed to the position of Depot Sales Manager, TNT Maidstone and then promoted to the position of Depot Manager in March 1993.
After successfully overseeing the change in depot boundaries at TNT Maidstone, Tim was appointed to the role of Business Development Manager for TNT Managed Services in October 1995. Following the successful implementation of the ICI and Zeneca contracts Tim went on to operate the prestigious CRESTCo contract from October 1996 to July 1997.
In 1997 Tim was appointed General Manager of TNT Managed Services with responsibility for all existing mailroom contracts. In August 2000, Tim was promoted General Manager for TNT Express Specialist Services, and was responsible for IT development, quality, implementation, and business development for TNT Managed Services, TNT Sameday, TNT Financial Services, and TNT Data Management.
Tim moved on to the position of Divisional General Manager for Business Development in April 2003. He was responsible for the strategic development of TNT Managed Services, TNT Sameday, TNT Archive Services, and TNT Financial Services.
In January 2005 Tim was appointed to the position of Divisional General Manager for TNT Managed Services.
In 2007, Tim was promoted to Divisional General Manager for TNT Archive Services where he was responsible for the development of the division.
Tim has been very successful in developing our Managed Services business and more recently, our Archive business. In 2009, Tim was promoted to his current role of Divisional Director of TNT Value Added Services.
Tim has an MBA from Kingston University.
