Zoe Smyth, Northern Ireland Civil Service
Zoë Smyth has over 10 years experience in Records and Information Management. Her specialities are international records management standards, EDRMS and classification, leadership, strategy and managing change. She is a Senior Records and Information Manager in Northern Ireland. Zoë was awarded Churchill Fellowship (placements at the National Archives and Records Administration, Library of Congress and the National Archives of Canada in North America) and for 8 years has participated at ISO's records management committee (ISO15489). She is an experienced presenter and workshop leader (SOA, RMS and ARMA) and recently participated in RMAA Wellington Seminar as a panelist.
