Lucy Burrow, Training Director, RMS
Lucy Burrow is Training Director for the RMS and has been in post since April 2006. During that time the Accreditation sub-committee has been established and focus given to developing individual member accreditation. Lucy is employed as Head of IT Policy and Process at Kings College London.
Lucy has previously worked in records/information management and compliance roles at Cardiff University, other higher education institutions and a leading investment bank. Lucy is former Chair of RMS Wales and supports the MSc Records Management programme at Aberystwyth University as an external marker and occasional lecturer. Lucy is particularly passionate about the training of the Records Managers of the future, continuing professional development, and also the need to train anyone who creates or uses information as part of their daily work to take some responsibility for RM.
